With GRADE-X VCATS, manufacturers can say goodbye to traditional testing processes and design a maximally efficient and individual production process – from sub-assembly to in-process and end-of-line testing. GRADE-X VCATS provides the ideal hardware/software bundles and all functionalities for static or dynamic set-ups. Like IFLEX, an integrated tester with a high performance VCI, it supports multi-CAN diagnostics over up to five CAN channels with interleaved communications to achieve near 100% bus loading.
