MDA V8.7.3

MDA V8.7.3 is the latest release of MDA V8 product line and replaces MDA V8.7.2.

The following improvements are available with MDA V8.7.3:

• Simple and clear display of the samples distribution for a signal in the new Histogram instrument
• Improvements for the Statistics instrument:
  • support of enumeration signals, additional columns for ECU, median and decimal minimum as well as maximum values
• More flexibility for file formats:
  • support of Excel fomrats (XLS, XLSX), support of multiple ASCII file variants having the same file extension,
  • support of CAN Bus Trace data stored in MDF file format
• Further usability and functional improvements
  • VALUE variables from a CDF file can be displayed directly as horizontal line in an oscilloscope
  • User-definable imbalance unit string and conversion formula for Battery instruments

A brief summary of the capabilities of MDA V8 in general (based on MDA V8.7.0) is given in the presentation ‘Functionality Overview’, and in more details in the MDA V8 Manual.

Notes:

• MDA V8.7 can be installed in parallel to and used independently from MDA V8.6.x.
• For usage of MDA V8.7 an MDA V8.7 license or an INCA V7.5 license is required.
