Alternative controller strategies

Traditionally the ECU access for measurement and calibration at the test bench is done via non real-time handshake protocols like the ASAP3 interface. But the complexity of engine and transmission ECUs has continuously increased in the last years. Modern control and optimization algorithms on the test benches must be able to access the ECU in real-time.

• MATLAB^®_Example: the offered GUI allows you to establish a connection to the ECU. After the connection has been set up, one measurement and one calibration label (MAP) should be selected. In the given example, the selected calibration label is stimulated with the output of the MATLAB^® model.
• iLinkRTComServer.chm: Overview of the necessary iLinkRT-Classes used in the MATLAB^® example.
