Measurement Probes and Cables

To extend the application range of the ES4xx Micro Measurement Modules, ETAS has developed measurement probes and cables for specific measurement purposes. The probes and cables are directly connected to the ES4xx modules.

Our Products

CBN40x – Isolating Measurement Probes

Electric motors of hybrid and electric vehicles provide high engine powers. They are operated at voltages of approximately 600 V and powered by a strong traction battery.

CBN41x – Current Measurement Probes

In order to maximize fuel efficiency and load balance, the power consumption of auxiliary components in vehicles must be measured and optimized during the evaluation phase. This application requires precise current measurement without voltage drop.

CBN42x – Current Transducer Connection Cables

In electric and hybrid vehicles, the drive components are operated at high voltage for efficiency reasons. During the calibration phase, voltages and currents are measured to validate the system.

CBN43x – Temperature Sensor Connection Cables

Thermal validations of vehicle systems, like e.g. the cooling system, require temperature measurements at multiple points within the whole system.

CBS10x – Smart Lambda Sensor Cable

Smart lambda sensor cables of the ETAS CBS10x product family and the Bosch LSU 4.9 wideband lambda sensor can help control combustion and oxidation processes – for example in heating systems, furnaces, and industrial systems.
