Tutti i corsi possono essere erogati direttamente presso le vostre sedi, o presso la nostra sede. Per alcuni training (es. AUTOSAR) sono previste delle sessioni con cadenza annuale, presso la sede di Torino.

Ad ogni partecipante viene consegnato il materiale didattico sul corso e il certificato di partecipazione.

INCA Training – Misura e Calibrazione Compact Seminar

Partecipanti:

Il corso è dedicato a quegli utenti che necessitano di calibrare il veicolo con INCA. Essi hanno già una pregressa esperienza in calibrazione, perciò l’enfasi del corso sarà sul funzionamento e la gestione di INCA.

Obiettivo:

L’obiettivo del corso è quello di fornire nozioni sul funzionamento pratico di INCA e sui database di INCA.

Contenuti:

Connessioni dirette tra software e hardware.

• Concetto delle due pagine, divisione nel programma e dei dati.
• ASAM MCD 2 MC e *.hex files.
• Differenza tra accesso alla ECU via CAN e via ETK (pro vs contro)
• Panoramica dei moduli hardware ETAS.
• Connessione e configurazione dei moduli di misura (es. ES4xx).

Nozioni sul database di INCA attraverso esercizi pratici.

• Apertura di un database e costruzione della relativa struttura.
• Introduzione alla configurazione Prof.
• Elementi del database: Workspace, Project, Experiment.
• Creazione di nuovi progetti nel database di INCA.
• Connessione di un Workspace con un progetto e un dataset.
• Importare ed esportare elementi del database.
• Panoramica sulle User option di INCA.
• Funzionalità CAN di INCA: CAN Monitoring e CAN Transmit.

Setup degli ambienti di misura e calibrazione.

• Selezione delle variabili e allocazione della frequenza di campionamento.
• Misura di altri canali calcolati.
• Visualizzazione delle variabili in differenti finestre (configurazione delle variabili).
• Salvataggio dell’Experiment (e protezione in scrittura).

Operazioni di misura e calibrazione e salvataggio di dataset.

• Matching dei dati tra PC e ECU/ETK (download, upload, flashing).
• Registrazione delle variabili nei file di misura e definizione di trigger.
• Calibrazione di parametri, mappe e curve.
• Salvataggio di dataset e protezione in scrittura.
• Creazione di *.hex-files.

Gestione dei dataset di calibrazione con Calibration Data Manager (CDM).

I file di misura saranno analizzati con Measure Data Analyzer (MDA).

You wish to calibrate in the vehicle with INCA. Due to your experience of calibration, the emphasis of this course is on the “hands-on”-operation of INCA.

Objectives:

The practical operation of the INCA software and the knowledge of the INCA database are important for you.

Contents:

You will learn about the connection between software and hardware.

• Two page concept, division in program and data.
• ASAM MCD 2 MC and *.hex files. 
• Different type of ECU access: CAN vs ETK.
• Overview of the ETAS hardware modules.
• Connection and configuration of measurement modules (e.g. ES4xx).

You will become familiar with the INCA database through practical exercises.

• Opening of the database and construction of the database structure.
• Introduction to Prof configuration.
• Explanation of the database items Workspace, Project, and Experiment.
• Creation of new projects in the INCA database.
• Coupling of the workspace with a project and data sets.
• Exporting and importing of database items.
• INCA User Options overview.
• CAN Monitoring and CAN Transmit functionality.

You can adapt the measurement and calibration environment to your preference.

• Variable selection and allocation of the measuring sample rate.
• Measurement of additional calculated signals.
• Variables displayed in various windows (configuration of variables).
• Saving (and write protection) of the experiment environment.

You will carry out measurement and calibration tasks and save the data sets.

• Matching of data sets between PC and ECU/ETK (download, upload, flashing).

The training covers the basics on the services layer, the communication stack, the memory stack and diagnostics stack. It is based on the AUTOSAR R4.0 specification.
