User Guides for MODEL-SIMULATOR V3.0

1. The Quick Start Guide is a short introduction and overview of the MODEL-SIMULATOR. It contains a workflow description, first step section, and a UI overview to get started. More and detailed information can be found in the User Guide.
2. The User Guide provides all information about the MODEL-SIMULATOR. It contains an overall view of the service, safety information, system requirements, concepts, and step-by-step instructions to delve deeper into topics and features of the UI as well as CLI.
3. The Admin Guide shows required action steps for power users to create a user account for the MODEL-SIMULATOR.

The Model-Simulator v3.0 is compatible with the CLI client version V2.0.0.
